The ME-HI , ME-HC, VHIB and VHIBL Series of impulse sealers are available in a large range of sealing lengths with a 2mm, 5mm, 10mm wide seal and automatic timer. Available in 100, 200, 300, 400, 450, 500, 600, 800, and 1000mm sealing lengths.
As an alternative option there is a 5mm wide seal available on most sizes and also most are available with a sliding cutter .
These sealers have an added feature where power is only consumed when the sealing arm is depressed.

PEDESTAL FOOT OPERATED BAG SEALERS
All ME-FI / VHIF impulse sealer come complete with foot pedal, timer and tray. With increased power and timer range, and a choice of 2mm or 5mm wide element wire, this machine will easily meet all your requirements for sealing polyethelene, polypropylene and polythene/paper laminated bags (such as autoclave) up to 2 x 400um thickness.
The VHS machine as an alternative offers a strong 10mm wide seal which maintains heat in the upper and lower jaws in comparison to the impulse machine which only uses power when the sealing arm is depressed. The VHS has highly accurate temperature control 0 – 200 degrees C, with solid state electronics. Choose from VHS200 , VHS300 , VHS400 (200, 300 or 400mm sealing lengths).
Model options for ME-FI, ME-FD, ME-CFN / VHIF :
2mm wide seal: VHIF III 302, VHIF III 452 AND VHIF III 602 (300,450 and 600mm sealing lengths).

For a stronger seal on thicker bags. The ‘double seal’ models have sealing elements on both the top and bottom jaws for sealing extra thick bags and handling difficult applications including powders, flour, fertilizer etc and wet items such as fish.

SHRINK-A-PACK EZI-WRAPER
With a Shrink-A-Pack machine you will be able to heat seal, and shrink wrap with the ease and professionalism of an expert. It is a low cost but effective way to give a distinctive touch to special promotions, gift packs etc.
Products with scuffed or damaged packaging can be re-wrapped to look like new. Transparent shrink wrapping protects against tampering and protects against moisture and soilage.
This machine offers a built-in sealing timer and requires no pre-heating; ready to go in 1 to 4 seconds. Available in 300, 450, 600, and 800mm sealing lengths. The Hot Air Shrink Gun, included, plugs directly into the sealing unit. Uses centrefold PVC, Polyolefin or Polypropylene shrink materials.

The Clingfilm 451 Wrapper features controls for the hot cutter bar and warming plate. A safety guard conceals the teflon coated hot cutting bar to reduce the chance of accidental burning.
Only when pressure of the film brings the safety guard down is the hot cutting bar exposed. After cutting, the safety guard resumes it’s position automatically. With the Clingfilm 451 it is easy to create sparkling, tight wrapped packages. It can take a roll of wrapping film up to 430mm wide.

The CY-206 Mailbag machine is a robust and simple to use unit with reliable and easy to adjust analog controls (no difficult digital control panels), it makes bagging a breeze!
Simply drop your article into the chute, in seconds it pops out fully sealed. This machine uses polyethylene film in single sheet form, No more expensive Pre made plastic bags!
Operation:
Turn machine on, attach air line to machine, adjust machine width/height to suit your product, and attach film to machine. You are now ready to start. Place your product in the infeed shoot and the machine will sense when the product is in the seal area and seal your product, the machine then drops the product out of the machine into the hopper.

MAIL BAGGER – VH
For a fast, easy magazine wrapping and heat sealing equipment look no further than the Mailbagger . Capable of preparing up to 1200 polythene wrapped items per hour per operator, this is an economical way to prepare your advertising literature, catalogues or magazines for postage.
It is as easy as placing the item in the chute, which is manually adjustable to suit the width required, and the machine does the rest. It has the ability to automatically wrap, seal and trim the item, and using a photo-electric sensor which automatically determines the length required. The system incorporates a motorised roller and two independent heat sealing bars with electronic temperature control. Added safety features include and emergency stop buttom and an automatic door lock which prevents the machine from being opened during operation. A take-away conveyor is optional.
